Buggy v.s. Luffy

I don't know if anybody will be reading this but, has anyone ever noticed that Luffy has never beaten Buggy by himself?

I think they will meet again seeing as buggy and alvida also entered the grand line

I thought they already met at Logue Town?

yes, they meet in Logue Town but that time buggy is beaten by nature (lightning)

i guess buggy wont be much of a problem now that nico is in luffy's crew
her hands will catch buggy's parts damn easily
moreover buggy goes only for small fries he is afraid to face people like whitebeard:)

I think that Dragon actually did cause that lightning because didn't he smile after that lightning struck? Do you think that Dragon might have some type of fruit that lets him master all of the elements, I mean he would have to be Damn strong to be the most wanted man in the entire world.

It is theorized that Dragon has the power over wind . If you look at it scientifically he could make storms and would explain that Dragon wanted Luffy to escape from Smoker. So why not just make a windy storm to stop his smoke and move Luffy's ship.

Yea I also read that somewhere too but I had forgotten about that. Wouldn't it be more likely that he could control storms rather than wind, because if he only controlled wind how did that lightning miraculously strike buggy? I guess we won't know until they dish out some more info about him, I really can't wait to read that next chapter of one piece, I hope its out!
