Death Note

Man, I love Death Note. It's probably my favorite anime!!! For people who haven't read the manga or watched the anime really need to try it.

You can say that twice takezo...........Death Note sure beats the rest
the strategies of light,and battle between light and L does take the cake

Is Death Note actually as good as everyone says? I just recently finished D. Gray Man and I have been looking for a new anime to watch so I was just wondering. Seriously though I hear almost as many people talking about Death Note as I do Naruto and One Piece!

** some SPOILERS from summary of series**

Death note has a very on the edge Drama how a kid , Light Ryuzaki( coudl be spelt wrong) who is very intelligent is given the power of a Death God from a Death God Ruik
power to generally kill, as long as no one figures out that he has the power, or something like that, or else Ruike will kill him.

and you not only see him change into a person that you might hate, but also that he thinks what he is doeing is just even though he does a lot of manipulation to keep his power hidden. ( killing bad people)

There are many times when the main character has conflicts with people that are just as much or even more of a genius as him trying to justfully get him captured. ( this keeps you satisfied through out the whole series )

It's a good anime, but all depends on taste. I watched it a long time ago now, but I did enjoy it.

Alright I will watch a couple episodes and see if it suits my style, it actually doesn't sound half bad though. Thanks for all the info on it, whether the summary was right or wrong, it is still more knowledge than I had to begin with so its all good.
